I purchased a cashmere and merino jumper from Out of the Blue this week whilst on holiday in Franschoek. 2 days later (yesterday) while packing for my flight home I noticed that there was severed/loose yarn right in the middle of a line of stitching on the reverse- the jumper will unravel on washing. I immediately took the item back - they have a policy of not offering returns only exchanges… even with faulty goods. There was no other jumper in that size and no other items I wanted. ZAR 1950 wasted!! Very poor service indeed. Beware.
