Poor Customer Service hidden in fancy social media platforms

Whoever runs their WhatsApp account is very inconsiderate and has poor communication skills. First I did not agree on what they have designed for me and refused to change it. I wanted a refund and they told me about a stupid policy that doesn't exist nor did they tell me about before making the payment. Luxe homme only prioritizes famous artists and people of influence as if we don't pay for the products we purchase.
