Complaint regarding inadequate service and lack of transparency
I'm appalled by the service I received at Mercedes Benz Glen. I had my car serviced on October 14, 2025,and was quoted R24,000 for the work. However, two days later, the engine light came back on, and I was informed that the thermo starter needs to be replaced at an additional cost of R15,000. I'm furious that this issue wasn't addressed during the initial service, and the advisor's response that I should have mentioned the engine light is unacceptable0 replies
