I just want to say wow on the excellent service. I ordered 30 November 2025 and got it today 01 December 2025. Now that's service. I cant comment on quality uet as its my first time. I did fit on my garment and it fits nice. Not tight or uncomfortable. I can breath and uet everything is still tucked on. Thank you on a wonderful first time experience. Keep it up.
I lodged a complaint on the Wimpy customer service email address on Sunday 19 October 2025. I haven't even received an acknowledgement as yet. However. Wimpy Staff at Ladysmith customer service as very poor. Will never stop there ever again. And very disappointed in wimpy as well for not even acknowledging my email as yet.
