I have been with Affinity Car Insurance (AFFB718246) for over a year now and never missed a payment. My car has been with the company for over TWO MONTHS now and still no way forward regarding my claim. I have been making multiple attempts to communicate with them regarding my claim and they keep saying the file has to be signed off by the insurer. I just need a decision to be made by the company because I'm beginning to become frustrated.
It has been TWO MONTHS and my claim is still not processed. They keep playing delay tactics and bare in mind I would have to pay for all the storage/rental costs should my claim be rejected. I just need a decision to be made by the company so that I can take necessary further steps.
