Their communication platform is absolutely PUTRID!!!! I ordered perfume from Scentora on 17 April. It's already the 8th of May and still nothing. Every single day for 3 days straight I have been messaging their whattsapp line. Nothing! Zero response. Zero acknowledgement. Finally yesterday I decided to email them regarding the matter. Only THEN they responded by saying that the perfume I want it out of stock and that I should contact their whattsapp line to make the swop for something else. How IN THE WORLD can you refer people to your whattsapp help line when YOU KNOW that they don't respond to customers. No, Scentora is becoming a joke. And a *******. Never again!
For years there was a certain brand and scent that I just fell in love with. But unfortunately very expensive. I came across Scentora SA's FB page and saw that their prices are so affordable. Guys, I am always paranoid. But I thought let me give it a try. Payflex option was super easy. I ordered on the 16th and received my parcel on the 27th. Guys!!! Beyond beyond impressed is an understatement. Thank you Scentora SA😍😍😍😍
