I'm writing to complain about an order place three weeks ago and I am being messed around with. They don't have communication channels, their WhatsApp line does not get attended to. They've ****med out of a R900 for a perfume that is now out of stock and now I must choose another on a link that wants me to pay again. They are deliberately frustrating consumers so they can give up. Imagine collecting a million R900. This is really exhausting that ecoomerce businesses can get away with such. The business is a ****, I've ordered 2 perfumes for R1500 and one for free, it's been 3 weeks without response on my followups, the email does not found. They don't respond their WhatsApp messages. All I need from Sentora fragrance is my refund. I don't need their fragrance anymore because they cannot be trusted. Please refund me and keep your perfumes.

They sale **** perfumes, not even smell alikes and make you wait for weeks before you receive the **** awful smelling perfumes. Run Away, as fast as you can, they even ignore all communication post the purchase. I don't even know how I fell for it, but please, I beg you, do not waisted your hard earned money on this ****.

I’m very happy with my purchase from scentora so far. The ordering process was smooth, delivery was quick, and well-presented. Everything feels premium and handled with care. Great experience up to now and I’m looking forward to enjoying the fragrances.

Placed an online order for R1580. Received confirmation email from them for my order on 8 January 2026 with a note that the processing will be completed in 3-5 working days, and that I will then receive an email notification with my tracking number and tracking link. This should have been sent 5 days later which would have been 13 January 2016 and according to them Delivery via courier takes 2 working days thereafter, which would have been 15 January 2026. Today is 19 January 2026, I have not received any further notice from them, not my parcel, and they have ignored my two emails I have send and also no response on Whatsapp. Definitely not a place that I will order from again and to all potential clients of them, stay clear as they will de***** you!

I purchased several perfumes during Scentora’s Black Friday promotion after the website stated that the products were original branded perfumes, sold as parallel imports and packaged in original sealed boxes with only possible minor cosmetic imperfections. Unfortunately, what I received was completely inconsistent with those claims. From the moment the boxes were opened, there was a strong plastic/chemical smell that is not present with authentic designer fragrances. The issues with the individual products were serious: • Diesel Aftershave: The scent was overwhelmingly like black pepper and nothing like the original fragrance. The bottle was damaged, the side label appeared melted and glued on, and the lid engraving was blurry and incorrect. • Alien Perfume: Smelled strongly soapy and nothing like the genuine scent. The gold section of the lid was loose, which should not happen on an authentic bottle. • Valentino Perfume: The lid colour was completely wrong compared to the original product. • YSL Perfume: The liquid was orange-pink instead of the correct pink colour, the packaging smelled terrible, and the QR codes on the box did not work. None of the fragrances lasted longer than about 30 minutes, which is far below what you would expect from genuine designer perfumes. I also found the website’s “recent purchaser” pop-ups extremely concerning. The same names repeatedly appear at different times, creating what seems to be a false impression of high sales activity. This feels misleading and damages trust even further. Overall, the products I received do not match how they are described on the website in terms of scent, packaging quality, bottle design, or authenticity. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others before purchasing.
