Hi. I am warning you. Don't buy from this company. You'll get an email confirming your purchase, and then nothing. Not order and don't refund your money. They don't respond to emails, WhatsApp, and completely ignore you. They're typical internet ****mers.
I am very disappointment for the service what I receive from Santam. This is not first time that my claims was rejected, but this time my Claim was rejected and I not understand why. My one sun panel from pool was leaking and I am not obligated to Insure this separately, because this is including to building. I send Quotation for change panel and damage raport and pictures from pool provider and today I was inform that Insurance don't cover me this because I am not Insured for panels. This is ridicules for me, panels was including to building. I don't needed Insurance which rejected any my claims.
Hi. Be very careful buy from this store. I order and pay for my staff 7th February 2024 and still waiting for my order. Nobody answer for your phone and emails was back not delivered. I would like to cancel my order, but is impossible because contact with them is not exist anymore. I don't now how I receive my mony back. Shame.
I was looking for International parcel Tracking No: RR452412776PL. This parcel was send to me 6 month ago. I was send 2 emails to Customer Service, but nobody answer to me. Try call few times, but nobody pick up the phone. I have question, that somebody still work in Post Offices ? Why you charge International customers and promises delivery to recipient and don't keep this promises? This is not okay.

Hopeless bank. Service is not professional for clients and is pathetic. 3 weeks ago I have submitted the documents needed to access money from home bond. My loan is fully paid off and the home account is still open. Now I need to borrow the money to repair my house and I wait for an answer. Nobody calls me back and when I call them, there is no answer. This is frustrating. People working in the bank should have respect for clients and respect their time. It is quite the opposite now.
I would like to warn people against opening the policy in the Momentum Short-Term Insurance. After two weeks ago I have an accident with water flow to my floor. I submitted a claim, the assessor was in my house and made a report, send it to the Momentum and now after two weeks, my claim is still not proof. I was called every second day and ask about my claim, but is only not an acceptable excuse and the case is still open. My floor is damp and swollen and now is dangerous to walk because the floor planks went upstairs and is very easy to trip over them. We are older people and must be very careful. I was insured my building for 3and half-million rands,pay my my big premium regularly and now when I claim bigger quote I have a problem with them.It is not an acceptable method from insurance and I need help to solve it.
