****MERS ! You order perfume and they never deliver. Tried getting a refund and the credit card company says its up to scentora.co.za to refund us but they never reply to e-mails once they have your money.

Their communication platform is absolutely PUTRID!!!! I ordered perfume from Scentora on 17 April. It's already the 8th of May and still nothing. Every single day for 3 days straight I have been messaging their whattsapp line. Nothing! Zero response. Zero acknowledgement. Finally yesterday I decided to email them regarding the matter. Only THEN they responded by saying that the perfume I want it out of stock and that I should contact their whattsapp line to make the swop for something else. How IN THE WORLD can you refer people to your whattsapp help line when YOU KNOW that they don't respond to customers. No, Scentora is becoming a joke. And a *******. Never again!

Extremely disgusted in this company for all the lies firstly! Did not receive my order when I was told I was going to receive it! SECONDLY THESE PERFUMES ARE ****! THEY LIE AND SAY ITS ORIGINAL BUT ITS WATERED DOWN *******

If I could give this company 0 stars I would! Absolute ******* they are selling under supposed "parallel" import guise.. making the consumer believe its the genuine articles. I should have known the deal was too good to be true.. my Bad! Probably useless trying to get my money back, but let this serve as a warning to others.. Scentora sells the worst possible ****s out there.. smells nothing like the originals.. more like watered down chemical detergents.. throwing that **** straight into the ******* bin!

Hi. I am warning you. Don't buy from this company. You'll get an email confirming your purchase, and then nothing. Not order and don't refund your money. They don't respond to emails, WhatsApp, and completely ignore you. They're typical internet ****mers.

Congratulations to me I've fallen for something which was definitely to good to be true. Scentora perfumes are low quality fragrances, cheap packaging, the nozzle of the one perfume did not work. It doesn't even smell like the original as I've used then original before. I didn't even bother to open the second bottle as i knew it with would be a bottle of disappointment. I've sent scentora several emails requesting for return, possibly more than 15 emails but no reply. I sent messages via their WhatsApp no reply. Scentora can i please get a refund.

Do not buy from SCENTORA SA It's a ****!! You place your and pay, after the transaction is complete they provide you with a confirmation email with your order number. Days go by and you do not receive your order until its now time for you to follow up. When you reach out to them they completely ignore you. You send them WhatsApps and emails, they don't get back to you! Guys please do not order.I placed my order on the 15 of March till today there's no communication
