Bottles of Disappointment

Congratulations to me I've fallen for something which was definitely to good to be true. Scentora perfumes are low quality fragrances, cheap packaging, the nozzle of the one perfume did not work. It doesn't even smell like the original as I've used then original before. I didn't even bother to open the second bottle as i knew it with would be a bottle of disappointment. I've sent scentora several emails requesting for return, possibly more than 15 emails but no reply. I sent messages via their WhatsApp no reply. Scentora can i please get a refund.
