**********,speechless Thought was a dream come true, but a nightmare awaits. This is my second attempt to capture the attention of seef properties Tulbagh, but nevertheless I'm not a white citizen. Bought a house from them in 2023,which was in a really bad shape, which they told me the poc would cover the damages in the house as the previous owner made additional comments about needs to be fixed.. It was never done. The agent, does not even have the backbone to come and look at the state of the property because you know what, commission has been paid. My insurance rejected all my claims and I am sitting with the mess. I've been tolerating everything almost 3 years now, I'm done.. First call tommorow, it's the PPRA, then it's litigation. What you have done to me is harsh and degrading. You are not above the law.. No one is. Sies seef properties Tulbagh
Words can't even describe how I feel at this moment What needed to be a new beginning, turned into n nightmare real quick. So absa granted me a bond in 2023, through seeff properties. So the otp was signed by me and the seller and per agreement the seller disclosed that there are defects in the roof and will surely maintain it before we entered the property. Absa bank aprroved the bond after inspection by a property assessor, granted and also insured my property against liability. So after moving into the property, we noticed that the defects is still in place. I have reached out to seef properties regarding the situation which was advised upon me that timely it doesn't occur to them that I can ask for them to fix it after 1year and 4 months. The property conditions report says that the roof will be fixed and also bathrooms and garage door.We had the worst of time last winter, up at nights drying floors, is this the kind of service you give to all your buyers, surely not. Nothing was fixed and I needed to make other financial plans to rectify the situation and make it liveable. My question is, how does a bank approve a bond and insurance, knowingly that there are no grounds for claiming from his insurance, absolute disgrace. I am amazed by this really, I needed to pay an additional 125000 and still counting out of my own pocket just to make my house a living environment. I don't even live in the house anymore but I am paying my bond on time. I am within my rights as a consumer and also a law abiding citizen and tax payer of this country and bound within the constitution of South Africa. I have reached out to the ombudsman, cpa and also the PPRA. Making it public was never my intention but my mental wellbeing and my families safety is more important to me. Who needs to take responsibility Seef does not want to Absa does not want to Suing the seller which trusted the process and thought charges were deducted from transferring his property. Seef Tulbagh you know what u did. And I expect much less from the agency now. Different service for different races. My word to people buying properties from you. Inspect the house from a to z you never know when things just pop up. Check patent and latent don't leave any stone untouched. I'm sitting with a basket of rotten apples But the lord knows who is wronged here. Take care
Words can't even describe how I feel at this moment So absa granted me a bond in 2023, through bond origanators seeff properties. The property conditions report says that the roof will be fixed and also bathrooms and garage door. Nothing was fixed and I needed to make other financial plans to rectify the situation and make it liveable. I have reached out to absa insurance, claim was rejected due to lack of maintenance, bear in mind, they were aware of this upon granting a bond, but this is the outcome. My question is, how does a bank approve a bond and insurance, knowingly that there are no grounds for claiming from his insurance, absolute disgrace. I am amazed by this really, I needed to pay an additional 125000 and still counting out of my own pocket just to make my house a living environment. I am a staff member at absa and also asked for the ex gratia rule to be implemented which took them three weeks to decide and to say they can't grant me that rule. Absolute mindblowing I don't even live in the house anymore but I am paying my bond on time. I am within my rights as a consumer and also a law abiding citizen and tax payer of this country and bound within the constitution of South Africa. I have reached out to the ombudsman, with no success, they feel the bank is in they're rights not to grant me the exemptions and also not assist me with regards to damages and claims. Making it public was never my intention but my mental wellbeing and my families safety is more important to me. Who needs to take responsibility Seef does not want to Absa does not want to Suing the seller which trusted the process and thought charges were deducted from transferring his property. I need answers amicably
