Sharing of my ID Number

I share my ID number with someone who worked in these company,I tried millions times contacting them to resolve my problem but nothing seems to help,I have been sending from pillar to post without any help,my things stucked at SARS as it appears that I worked with them before an I have never ever worked in motor industry,my working in municipality, I have never been in motor industry, I sent all required documents to them hoping to get help unfortunately I don't get help and is almost a year now,nowadays when I call them they don't even bother answering my calls,*******ion that is happening in that company is second to none.i verified my ID at home affairs, showing that I don't share it with anyone but in that company I do share it with someone, I asked his details like home address, copy of his ID etc they don't have them on the system, I really need help
