I am highly disappointed with the service I’ve received from Budget Insurance regarding my motor vehicle claim logged on 27 October 2025. Today is 16 November 2025, and I have still not received a single update. Senior Claims Agent JP Jonker committed to giving me feedback by 11 November 2025, which never happened. I called on the same day to follow up, and he promised feedback again by 14 November 2025. I even sent an email confirming our discussion, which has not been acknowledged. Despite all these commitments, 14 November came and went with no update whatsoever. This level of service is completely unacceptable. The lack of communication, missed deadlines, and unresponsiveness show a serious disregard for customers and their time. I expected far better from Budget Insurance. I need urgent feedback on my claim and a clear explanation for these delays. Budget Insurance, please do better.
Big up to Saber from Kia Sandton who has given me the best customer service ever. I have bought my Kia Sonet in Kia Sandton 2023 and was recently in a car accident and the panel beater had done a ****py work on my Car. I took it to Kia Sandton for assessment and warranty validation and Saber made sure that the panel beater fixes the car according to Kia's standard. I am now more in love with the brand and feel like I am part of the Kia family. The customer Service at Kia Sandton is extremely satisfactory and I'm grateful to Saber for giving such an amazing experience. definitely not gonna leave kia.
