My 1 year old Kia Sonet has issues with the exhaust pipe. I have a warranty and a maintainance plan on this car I bought it brand new from Kia. They are telling me Liquid Capital will never pay for issues with my exhaust pipe. According to the mainatance plan this is covered on my Maintanance plan. I spoke to a very arrogant and rude guy called Sudar Suleman who says he is the maintenance manager and the other lady who was talking to me assisting with the service and diagnosis was very rude. I need Liquid Capital and Kia to sort this out because according to the maintenance plan this is covered.

I bought a brand new vehicle from this dealership and the service was not great at all. When I went to pick up my number plates, I was given a copy of the vehicle registration documents, and I instantly noticed that the ID number and name was incorrect. I queried this with the dealership and I was advised tbt Jason Diaz( the sales person) that this would be rectified and it still has not been resolved and when I called the dealership no one is able to provide a solution as they claim Jason is no longer with them

Big up to Saber from Kia Sandton who has given me the best customer service ever. I have bought my Kia Sonet in Kia Sandton 2023 and was recently in a car accident and the panel beater had done a ****py work on my Car. I took it to Kia Sandton for assessment and warranty validation and Saber made sure that the panel beater fixes the car according to Kia's standard. I am now more in love with the brand and feel like I am part of the Kia family. The customer Service at Kia Sandton is extremely satisfactory and I'm grateful to Saber for giving such an amazing experience. definitely not gonna leave kia.

I sent my car for a check up to see why it was wobbling so much on the roads. They quoted me R23k+ to replace my 'bushes' at the front. I had to pay 50% upfront of course and 50% on collection. The customer service person Prisca was super to work with. However on collection of my vehicle the car continued to wobble although not as much. I asked if they had realligned the tires or balanced them. They hadn't/ They also did not provide the old parts of the vehicle. When I took the car back for them to check the workshop manager was surly, never greeted, or looked me in the eye. I asked him to drive please but he insisted that I drive. The car did not wobble on the road we were on as much as it usually does and he was pretty checked out about it. I dropped him off and drove off telling them not to bother. I heard the team talking about 'my client' and upselling of the deal. It sounds like they will try bamboozle you to pay more on some kind of commission scheme. I then took the car to get balanced and aligned elsewhere and the car wobbled worse than ever. They do not care. Do not use them. They just want to charge you as much as possible. It is all a corporate ****. With no care or follow up.

I recently purchased a KIA Seltos Diesel from KIA Sandton, and I am dissappointed in the service. Firstly the Sales person, tried pushing the Car on me to be picked up at his convience. Then when I was ready to sign the deal they were fully aware - guess what I get my car without the Spare Key, Tint of their choice and not mine. The vehicle was over R580K and guess what NO GIFT to customer. In my many years of purchasing a New Vehicle this was the First Ever.......I so regret the choice I made by going to KIA SANDTON. It is now two weeks, my permit expires and guess what No registration plates as yet.....furthermore the correct tint was supposed to be fiited - now excuse after excuse. I am really being inconvienced. I wish I never signed this deal with KIA SANDTON - the most pathetic dealership service ever

my car was booked in to have a recall part changed. i was sent a reminder for the booking the day before. when i got there then they tell me that they do not have the part to do the change. i am still waiting for them to call me and rebook when they have the part
