Worst `Funeral Policy in the universe
Your call agents , have NO compassion and very disrespectfull to the loved ones that are trying to get the claim sorted , they take very long to answer the phone , wont pass the call to a suppervisor even though the agent is working under supervision , my mother was paying for years and then when it comes to claims this company has 0 compassion and ethics .. Wish I had never had to deal woth them , PLEASE do not use them ...1 reply
