Delivering incorrect size and not wanting to give a correct size

I wish there was no O rating also, these people are so quick to deliver and they deliver ****. How does someone order a size 6 and next thing they deliver a size 7? When you call in they ****en tell you that a size 40 is their size 6 since when? What happened to size 39 being a 6. I called in the store at Rosebank and spoke to TSHEPO, he was telling me this ****!! That a size 40 is a size 6 he is a gent and knows so well that size 40 is a 7. I want my size changed now and they ****en tell me that they are currently out of stock. What happened to the correct size I ordered geez.
