Poor online service
I am frustrated with the online service. My order is showing as delivered yet I have not received anything. When I call the Courier company they state they gave it to a "Mpho at the pharmacy ". I raised this with Subwear, they could not provide answers and just said they will contact the courier company. Customers should not have to chase down missing orders or fight to get what they paid for. Extremely disappointing

Poor online service
I am frustrated with the online service. My order is showing as delivered yet I have not received anything. When I call the Courier company they state they gave it to a "Mpho at the pharmacy ". I raised this with Subwear, they could not provide answers and just said they will contact the courier company. Customers should not have to chase down missing orders or fight to get what they paid for. Extremely disappointing

I ordered the Polo Sandals Moulded Unit Trim Sandals that I have been waiting for to be in-stock for months as I was so inlove with them. They are true to size, very comfortable and delivery was pretty quick. I’m a happy customer. Thank you Subwear

Delivering incorrect size and not wanting to give a correct size
I wish there was no O rating also, these people are so quick to deliver and they deliver ****. How does someone order a size 6 and next thing they deliver a size 7? When you call in they ****en tell you that a size 40 is their size 6 since when? What happened to size 39 being a 6. I called in the store at Rosebank and spoke to TSHEPO, he was telling me this ****!! That a size 40 is a size 6 he is a gent and knows so well that size 40 is a 7. I want my size changed now and they ****en tell me that they are currently out of stock. What happened to the correct size I ordered geez.

I stay in Cpt and I ordered online from their store in Joburg. I ordered the wrong size sneaker, contacted them sent back the sneaker and and within 10 or less days I received tbe correct size. No hassles and their delivery partner are quick. the item I purchased is very high quality.

False advertising
I bought a Jean and they I received a wrong item and they refused to return or refund am stucked with wrong item I dnt even like it the manager offered me R500 shopping voucher of which I refused
