I had the misfortune of ordering from Subwear who decided to use The Courier Guy for online orders. My parcel was delivered to the wrong address without so much as a phone call or confirmation from the delivery guy. I was sent a Pin for my parcel but I doubt it was even requested when my parcel was delivered incorrectly. Not only did they completely disregard accuracy, but their lack of communication shows zero professionalism or care for customers. I was left chasing after my own parcel because they couldn't be bothered to do their job properly nor provide answers.
I am frustrated with the online service. My order is showing as delivered yet I have not received anything. When I call the Courier company they state they gave it to a "Mpho at the pharmacy ". I raised this with Subwear, they could not provide answers and just said they will contact the courier company. Customers should not have to chase down missing orders or fight to get what they paid for. Extremely disappointing
Received bad service from a TFG store. I bought a phone at Foschini in Kolonnade shopping centre the phone has network problems even after I updated it. I went to the store for assistance but was offered non, I was only told that they can't refund me or help me . After the conversation got heated the store manager said he will speak to the area manager but she/he is in a meeting and I should leave my numbers and i will get a call ,but never got a call. I will be taking the legal route now . So disappointed
