I app**** for a refund on the 19th of December. On the 5th of January I did a follow up of which I was attended to they even asked me to send an alternative bank account besides the one I sent. I’ve been doing consistent follow ups every now and then via email but I no longer get any response. I complained about it on Facebook and was told to send a DM with my details of which I did including my reference number but I have not been attended to as yet.
I ordered the Polo Sandals Moulded Unit Trim Sandals that I have been waiting for to be in-stock for months as I was so inlove with them. They are true to size, very comfortable and delivery was pretty quick. I’m a happy customer. Thank you Subwear
I ordered two items for my twin babies on the 8th of November and on the track order it was written that it will arrive in shop for collection on the 14th of November but guess what? It arrive on the 18th on Friday. I was so disappointed because they didn't even make any communication regarding any delays I even went to the MRP where I was supposed to collect to check if it hadn't arrived and that maybe there was a technical problem it couldn't update the tracking. There should be a communication to customers if there are delays.
Nando's Eastgate has the best service ever. They make your meal very fast no matter how busy they are and their Nando's roll is the best👌always fresh and warm I could eat it on its own🤭. May they keep up the good work when it comes to their excellent services and cleanliness.
What I love about the yoco products is the quality of their products and that I can redeem them using my points. Their services is also great since the admins respond in a short period of time
