Noise level policy & penalties ...Live Easy 4 ways
At Live Easy fourways,can we kindly have a serious noise policy control being implemented.The noise levels are worsened by some visitors who do not seem to notice how close our residents are.Moreover,can there be a PLAY AREA for CHILDREN.A lot of children being young scream shout& it seems they are unsupervised.While we respect & love kidz this is not fair.It seems some parents just leave these kids for all of us to baby sit and often times some are so exposed to a lot .This is not right.

Compliments and complains
While I appreciate the clean environment at Live easy fourways apartments I just recently moved in as a tenant in September 2025. The place is clean and modest by any standards (compliment) However,I have a few concerns. Firstly there is need for noise levels to be managed in each floor.We are still a few tenants in the floor I stay in block 6 but because one can hear noise especially in corridors,it is really a bad experience. We are all diverse some of us work 8-5pm Monday to Friday and only come the apartment to rest.Putting up with the noise levels considering the fact that there are people of different age groups really compromises decision to stay. Can we perhaps have at least one staff member (from live Easy)stay in each floor to help us manage the noise especially at night. Or some decisive mechanism to manage the noise.When one is in the apartment you can hear noise from corridors (not sure if this is a structural/construction issue or not) This is a big cause for concern and it may even get worse overtime. The other issue ,is the smoking.Can we also have designated smoking areas, since some people are none smokers.
