Dont come to any live easy imagine I have been having water issues ever since I moved in 3 months ago and the management does not answer me and when there is water I have to use cold water I even have videos on top of that their management last time barged into my room cause they thought I did not pay for my rent and they swore at me. I thought I am starting my dream job but they have made it a nightmare now I cannot even shower to go to work.

I just want to share that this whole franchise is a damn ****!!! They will never give back your deposit and Jacob deserves a seat right next to Satan in hell!! He is the most inhumane human being I've ever come across. I hope he burns in hell for eternity. What a disgusting piece of human being.

Formal Complaint – Unauthorized Removal and Loss of Tenant Property This serves as a formal complaint regarding Live Easy Apartments (Steve Biko)in Pretoria. Upon returning to my paid accommodation in January, I discovered that my personal belongings had been removed from the unit without prior notice, consent, or lawful justification. Several items were damaged, and others were missing, including clothing stored in the wardrobe. The unauthorized removal and loss of property raise serious concerns regarding tenant rights, duty of care, and management accountability. Multiple written requests for clarification have been submitted to management; however, no satisfactory explanation or resolution has been provided. Additional concerns include: Poor hygiene conditions, including pest infestation. Questionable electricity billing practices, as prepaid units deplete unusually quickly. Inadequate soundproofing. Unprofessional and disrespectful conduct from staff and management. The cumulative impact of these issues has caused financial damages and distress. I request urgent intervention and a formal response from management to address both the loss of property and the overall living conditions. This complaint is submitted anonymously to protect my privacy.

Warning live easy randburg failed to address harassment despite police involvement. I have been receiving midnight knocks and letters from a suspicious individual, reported to security & management. They refuse to provide the harasser's unit number, citing POPPIA, even though police need it for investigation. Poor safety measures put residents at risk. Do NOT tolerate this lack of care — demand better security!!!

At Live Easy fourways,can we kindly have a serious noise policy control being implemented.The noise levels are worsened by some visitors who do not seem to notice how close our residents are.Moreover,can there be a PLAY AREA for CHILDREN.A lot of children being young scream shout& it seems they are unsupervised.While we respect & love kidz this is not fair.It seems some parents just leave these kids for all of us to baby sit and often times some are so exposed to a lot .This is not right.

I havent had water for Four days apparently they installed a new meter for me cz the previous bursted i was told not to buys until they get me a new one so i had water. 4days ago they sorted that and nobody bothered to updated me that i have new meter number. At night thursday after taking a shower the water switched off i assumed its fixed, following morning i bought water with my old M/N still no water. Mind you i its friday i am going to work, in the afternoon i receive a new meter number ok sharp i bought water but still i am not getting water. I hve been reporting since Saturday morning still nobody is bothered to sort out my water issue. I am sooo frustrated how can someone survive without water for four days.

To be ignored by the manager after being a loyal tenant is truly hurtful and has left me feeling incredibly dismissed and forgotten

If you can, find another place. The property manager, Jacob, has absolutely no interest in doing his job. Let this place be your absolute last option. Desperation should be the only reason anyone CHOOSES to live in a Live Easy Property. What a horrible human being.
