Excelllent support when you need it most!

I made a couple of purchases from Security and More and like the vast majority here, the service was excellent. My last purchase was a bit of a hiccup though. The rifle scope that I bought turned out to be a complete dud as I was unable to zero the scope on the rifle. On closer inspection I could see that the windage dial seemed slightly damaged. Needless to say I was very disappointed but Mike immediately arranged for the return of the scope. I informed him that I would prefer a slightly larger scope as a replacement. I mentioned the small price difference between the two scopes, but Mike said not to worry. As soon as Mike got the returned scope he immediately arranged for the delivery of the new scope and I received it the very next day in good order. Thank you Mike for the great support when needed!
