Terrible customer service!

Horrible experience! Horrible management! They don’t listen to tenants complains, they will claim you didn’t pay rent and cut off your wifi! You will chat to an AI bot, no human experience at all. The place is not safe, and it’s filthy with rats! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE STAYING HERE! I regret the day I set foot on this property!
