Bad and rude service, they broke my ignition, I couldn't turned my ignition on again, and was stranded for 7 hours on a Friday they saw I was a woman alone, screamed and tried to intimidate me, had to call my son in law to come help as I was afraid of them, they way they were treating me. When he arrived, they changed their attitudes, but still not taking responsibility, The owners father just respond it is not their problem, as it must have been an pre -existing problem, which was not true, been their since10h00, leaving after 17h00 after mechanic come to help me, confirming that the ignition has no previous damages, the key was definitely forced, breaking the little keys inside, all for my own cost, new ignition R12 000, with out labour and call out costs. Kindly note all their workers are foreign citizens. Please do not hand your keys over to them, although they insit. I will never recommend them, rather take you car to a proper wash bay.
