Bad customer services
I wish to report bad practise from one your employees Bellah Mathabathe, She assisted us in finding a rental apartment last year which we loved and took care off until we left. She was at the time under the employment of Amour properties. We have move out 06/02/26 she wrote an incoclusive and false report about how the property was and we asked to show the photo she took when we took occupation she, she refused and said they are at Amour properties. We are now fighting for our deposit with the landlord because of this and she is willing to mediate and show that we left the place better than how we found it. This behavier is totally unprofessional. we need to recoup our deposit now via the tribunal. sooo Dissapointed!!

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE
I have been house hunting for almost a year and have viewed over 15 houses, dealing with quite a few agents along the way, until I met Brenda Steinfeld. I cannot recommend her highly enough! EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE
I had the pleasure of working with Suzette Grobbelaar from Better Bond, and I can't recommend her highly enough! She provided us with Exceptional service! As a first-time homebuyer, I was nervous about the whole process, but Suzette went above and beyond to make sure we got a better deal. She was incredibly patient, empathetic, and took the time to ensure I was informed every step of the way, even when I thought we hit a snag she was positive. After retrenchment during COVID, I lost my financial freedom worked hard to build my credit score. I sent Suzette all the Paid-up letters and she motivated for a bond cost. She really has made my dreams come true, in a few months I'll be living in my dream home! She fought hard for us, and I appreciate her services
