Reliable and efficient car rental outfit with limited inconvenience. I will use them again
In terms of client and customer service please be advised that this institution does not pride itself in providing an acceptable level of post sales service which is very worrying and extremely disturbing for the uninformed client. They do not have a formal complaints process either and lack remorse to the plight of the clients they pretend to serve. i repeatedly asked to speak to someone in management but no senior representative was forthcoming. I have been trying to change a flight booking with this outfit since Friday morning, it is now Monday evening and have encountered all sorts of excuses packaged in unashamed incompetence along the way. In my instance, a customer agent was not fami**** with my ticket terms and conditions. I was advised that my ticket could not be changed by this agent, who had clearly not read the attached terms and conditions of my ticket. When I eventually got a quote to change the fare 72hours after the initial and repeated requests were made, another department was meant to execute the endor*****t only to receive an email advising that the fares had gone up. I promptly responded and followed up on multiple occasions by telephone calls to no avail and again, to no access to any senior member of staff. I have had to contact the airline directly and I explained the frustrating experience I have had with this outfit and have since managed to get the ticket changed at an additional cost which is in excess of 70% more than the morning fare quote I was hoping to close out on. Please be warned about the impunity Travelstart enjoys in their dealings with customers. This sort of experience should be a disgrace to any service provider.
