Panda store in Menlyn park

I went to Panda store in Menlyn. I want to buy wheel spanner. Found one but, we I went to pay the price that was on the spanner was wrong. The price was double. Spoke to the a manager or owner. He wanted me to pay the price on the system. Apparently they do this every time. They price do not correspond. And the till operator said to me that they will never give it to you with the price that you saw CPA does not apply here. Why is this store does not apply CPA to us as customers. Why are they breaking the law. The price you see is the price you pay mos?......
