I canceled my policy 2 weeks ago. No reply . Tthey let the debit order go trough today. After I canceled my policy. They don't want to pay back my money. Be careful to business with The Unlimited company!!!!
I have canceled my policy with Unlimited 2 weeks ago. This morning the debit order for R403 went through my bank account. I tried to phone many times. You have to hold the line for 10 minutes. No answer. I phone again and pres 1 for ambulance.. then thy answers the phone. I ask to talk to a agent. Thy put me through from one person to another. I talk to a agents and asked me to hold the line. When she came came back on the line I told her that I canceled my policy 2 weeks ago. She said thy did not receive any cancelation. I told her that Unlimeted replay to my email that I send them in connection with the cancelation. She ask me to hold the line and after 2 min she drop the line. That is very badly served. Ifi struggling canceled my policy now... howe longwil you struggling when you have a claim ? Be careful to do business with The Unlimited group Frederik Snyman
