I have submit a claim to Miway around the 28 Nov 2018. My claim number is C ********** . They send out a company to check the stove and on that day we did have loadsheding in our area. The company could not test the stove properly because it tripped my power when you switch it on. The Miway rep phoned me to say that the company can fix it for less then my access and therefore the claim is close. The next day i contacted the Miway rep and asked for a second opinion that was on the 11/12/2018. The second company inspect my stove on the 12/12/2018. Since the second contractor was at my house I haven't heard anything from miway. I phoned them several times and every time they say that somebody will call me back. I even went on their chat app to get onfo wrt my claim they always promise me that somebody will call me back but up till today nobody have called me. When I call them it's the same story they have to look into my claim and call me back. This is my first time I deal with an insurance company that doesn't follow up with a client. The questions they ask you let you feel that you deliberately damage your equipment. Miway did not asked these questions when you join them. Miway you deduct every month my money. If you cannot even managed such a small claim I wonder what you will do when I am on a car accident. This is not Miway but Yourway or the Highway.
<p>I have a bad experience with Aeromax trading. On 15 September 2016 a consultant of Aeromax trading visit me at my house. The person with the name of Ruan driving a BMW car sold a trading package to me to trade on the JSE. He explain to me how it works and that I will pay a service fee of R275-00 monthly to receive SMS’s from the JSE to inform you what shares to sell and to buy. He also explain that I need a trading platform to trade on the JSE and that I have to pay R27 900-00 for this platform. He also explains that it will be deducted from my credit card budget facility. I told him that I do not have so much money in my FNB credit card and he asks more or less how much I have. I told him about R14 000-00 and then he said that I can pay R9 000-00 and that he will present this amount to his boss to see if they will accept this amount to create trading platform on the JSE. The went to his vehicle and collect his FNB swipe machine and immediately the R9 000-00 was deducted from my credit account. I did asked him if this is the only money that I have to pay and if his bosses does not accept the R9 000-00 for the trading platform if I can cancel this contract and he said yes.</p> <p> </p> <p>I told him strictly that I cannot afford to pay any more moneys because my credit card isnow reached it limite . He said that I do not have to worry a soon as I cancel the contract they will pay back my money. He said I could do it immediately or sees if the trading platform is working for me or not and cancelled it after six moneys money back guaranteed. During all these explanation of how the trading market is working he said to be that they have contacts with all the major banks like FNB, ABSA, Standard bank, Nedbank who will give their clients R5 000-00 as a start-up money to buy and sell shares on the JSE. This R5 000-00 he explain is actually your own money which you pay to your bank as service fees. I was a little suspicious but this salesperson was very good and has an answer for everything.</p> <p> </p> <p>I sign the contract and he told me that my package will be delivered on Saturday at about 13h00 and that I must be available to receive the package otherwise I have to pay out of my pocket if they have to return the package. The package was only delivered on Monday 19 September 2016. He also told me that a person with the name of Marius the technician will contact me on Monday 19 September 2016 at 17h00 for the installation of the trading software and that I must install team viewer on my laptop. On Monday 19 September 2016 at 17h00 Marius phone and he immediately ask if I have received the package and said that I must open it and I will find a memory stick and book in it. I install team viewer and he help to install the software through team viewer. When we were at the final stages of the registrations of the software he asked me to type in my e-mail address and he said that my e- mail address did not want to register and that something was wrong. We done it two more times any still the same it did not want to register. He said that he cannot complete my registration because he has some technical problems and that he has to see where the problem is. He said that we will continue the registration the on the 20 September 2016 at again 17h00. I said it was fine. The next day at 17h00 I waited for his call and nothing did happen and no calls from Marius or Ruan and the registration of the software was not finalised.</p> <p> </p> <p>At that moment I have decided that I will cancel this contract because I was a little doubtful about f this hole trading issue. On Wednesday 21 September 2016 I was still waiting for any calls from them to finalise the registration of the software and nothing did happened. On Wednesday night I phone Ruan on the number he said I can contact him any time during the day or night to cancel the contract but his phone said that the person was not available. The Thursday 22 September 2016 I phone again for Ruan during the day to inform him of my intentions and it went to a voice mail saying that he is busy and someone will call me. A woman with the name of Melissa phone me back and I asked to speak to Ruan and she said that I must speak to her and I told her that I will cancel the contract and that I want my money back. She said that I cannot do that because I have signed a contract with them and that the software was already installed on my laptop. I told her that the installation was not finalised and that Marius was supposed to call me on the 20 September 2016 for the final registration and he did not. On the afternoon of the 22 September, I went to post net and posted back their software and include a letter of cancelation. The next week I received a call from post net informing them that the people at AEROMAX Trading in Hatfield did not want to sign for the package and they will bring it back to against payment. On the evening of the 22 September 2016 Marius phoned me to finalise the registration of the software and I told him that I am cancelling my contract and that I am no longer interested in trading. He asked me why I did not call him on the 20 September 2016 and I said that that was not the agreement and that he was supposed to call me. He said that something unforeseen possible did happened that evening of the 20 September 2016 that why he did not call me. I phone again for Ruan and again no answer and I call the landline which is always busy. Mellisa did phone back and again I said that I am no longer interested and that I want to speak to Ruan. In all our conversation over the phone with Mellisa there was no mentioning that I own them any outstanding monies.</p> <p> </p> <p>On the 03 October 2016 I unexpectedly received an e-mail from Mellisa stating that I own them an outstanding balance of R18 900-00 which is due with immediate effect. Deduction of R275-00 did go off from my Cheque account for the service fee until December 2016 whereby I have stopped it in January 2017 at my bank. I phoned her and told her that I did cancel this contract and that I want nothing from them and they must stop sending me SMS’e. I demanded to speak to Ruan because he was the one who confirmed to me the night I have signed the contract that I own them no further money accept the monthly service fee. She went on and on about the outstanding balance and that I have sign a legal doc and that the software is installed and that I can only after 6 months cancel this contract. I told her that I will not wait for six months because nothing will change between now and six months and that I would like to indefinitely cancel my contract.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have not hear from this company for seven months and suddenly in May 2017 they send me SMS’e from another cell phone with shares info. I also received an e-mail from Mellisa informing me that my account was handed over to the collection and legal department for payment. I have blocked all unknown numbers on my phone and e-mails is marked as spam. This company operats out of Pretoia from office F14a Pro Equity Court, 1250 Pretoruis Street Hatfield. I have read about this company from the Moneyweb site where other costumers have complaint about thier experiences.</p>
I have submit a insurance claim round about the first week of November 2015 on Budget Insurance website. My washing machine packed up and Budget said they will replace it. On Saturday 27 November 2015 Budget phone me to say my claim has been finished and a company will phone me in 48hour to make arrangement for delivery the new washing machine. A week have past and no one have contacted me. This service delivery is very bad. It cannot take a whole week for a company to deliver one washing machine or even contact be to keep me updated. Every month my insurance money are deducted on time. Budget must review the companies they are dealing with to deliver a service to their clients. No one from Budget have contacted me during the week to find out if my washing machine was delivered and if I am satisfied. I AM NOT A HAPPY COSTUMER TODAY THE HOLIDAYS IS HERE AND I DO NOT WANT TO SIT WITH OUT A WASHING MACHINE.
