EXITO FASHION HOUSE advertises on their instagram page but the comment section is switch off. I have ordered online on their website on the 21 October 2025. Their customer care email address is not attended to. All their listed phone numbers dont exist and they dont have any whatsapp platform. Can the OMBUDSMAN please look into all these complaints about this supplier and try to close them down or at least to get our money back.
Exito Fashion House has a great Instagram platform where they advertise their clothing. Based on that, I ordered online on 21 October 2025 with the hope that they are a trusted South African brand since they have listed South African celebrities that wear their clothing. Their website doesn't have any contact details, only an email address that bounces, orders@exito.co.za. Their customer care email address is not attended to. Can the OMBUDSMAN intervene, as there are many complaints about this organization? I will also lodge a complaint on the Consumer Complaint platform.
