I placed my order in October of last year. I have sent multiple emails requesting an update on the delivery date, and I have also attempted to reach them by phone. Unfortunately, I have not received any response through email or phone calls. Furthermore, attempts to contact them via Instagram have also been unsuccessful. I noticed that their social media activity, specifically on your TikTok page, now appears to focus on decor rather than clothing. Stay away from this woman

I ordered a top on the 7 Nov 2025 and till today I haven't received it. I've sent emails with no response and they numbers don't work. She posts just about everyday on Instagram but there noway of getting a hold of them and the messages on her social media is off.

I ordered on the 21 October 2025 and I have not yet received my order which I wanted to wear on the 29 November 2025. Tried calling Exito office but all the numbers on the website are not working, sent numerous emails which were not responded to. On Instagram I can't send a text 😭 😢 . This is not my first order at Exito, but it's the first time I am experiencing this. Yhooo

I ordered 3 dresses online despite several follow ups, no response. They advertised a number we could call but it doesn't work. Refilwe keeps advertising on a daily basis but not respond to her clients. It's not my first purchase but previously they would respond to delays. Sad thing many women follow her and desire to support her but the business ethic here will make you think twice.

The service is appalling, really terrible and I want my money back. I have tried to email these ppl countless times and nobody responds they tell you they can't locate your order number when you have paid for your order. This is truly disgusting as I was trying to support black business and they do this nonsense.

EXITO FASHION HOUSE advertises on their instagram page but the comment section is switch off. I have ordered online on their website on the 21 October 2025. Their customer care email address is not attended to. All their listed phone numbers dont exist and they dont have any whatsapp platform. Can the OMBUDSMAN please look into all these complaints about this supplier and try to close them down or at least to get our money back.

Exito Fashion House has a great Instagram platform where they advertise their clothing. Based on that, I ordered online on 21 October 2025 with the hope that they are a trusted South African brand since they have listed South African celebrities that wear their clothing. Their website doesn't have any contact details, only an email address that bounces, orders@exito.co.za. Their customer care email address is not attended to. Can the OMBUDSMAN intervene, as there are many complaints about this organization? I will also lodge a complaint on the Consumer Complaint platform.

Horrible Customer service and this shop should be closed and the owner sued or arrested for ***** , she does not deserve to own a shop, I ordered 2 dresses on 13th September 2025 for a surprise Anniversary only to find out i have surprised myself as I am still waiting for my orders with no update ,no communication and her shop at Pretoria north is closed.Please Refund my money back
