The service is appalling, really terrible and I want my money back. I have tried to email these ppl countless times and nobody responds they tell you they can't locate your order number when you have paid for your order. This is truly disgusting as I was trying to support black business and they do this nonsense.
I would really like to recommend 1life to all South Africans. I spoke to a delightful young lady by the name of Nonkululeko Ndlangisa who assisted me with a quote. Such professionalism and great telephone etiquette. I am really grateful she was able to assist me and advise me accordingly, talk about great customer centricity. She is one of a few that really make us feel good as customers, I hope she keeps on being very helpful to all her customers she really is a force to be reckoned with.
I am really confused with regards to getting smes that i will be served with a summons for something i don't even know about.Yes i do remember requesting for a loan wich i didn;t get but i don't have an idea what the money i owe is for, i saw a lot of debit orders going off of my account which were not explained to me, now i am expected to pay for something which i do not even know about. I am really not happy about this, in fact i am appauled at this service.
This is a customer complaint, I have a complaint with regards to your staff. On Saturday a watch was stolen by one of your employees in a bag. The lady at the check-in point insisted I put my bag with the aircraft’s luggage. I was travelling from Durban to Jhb. This type of behaviour is unacceptable and really appalling. I would like measures taken by the company to get my watch back, as it's a very expensive watch worth 42K, I really don't take kindly to theft. I do intend on taking further steps if this matter is not resolved to my satisfaction. This is the second e-mail that I am sending and it seems as if it is falling on deaf ears. Please ensure that you provide me with a solution as this is totally unacceptable that staff just steal from your customer’s and nothing is done about this.
