Revibe is reliable and always keeps one updated. From the moment you purchase the device you are well informed on the process and how far along they are. The devices I received thus far are of good quality, you wouldn't say these are used devices. I love their customer service
I ordered 3 dresses online despite several follow ups, no response. They advertised a number we could call but it doesn't work. Refilwe keeps advertising on a daily basis but not respond to her clients. It's not my first purchase but previously they would respond to delays. Sad thing many women follow her and desire to support her but the business ethic here will make you think twice.
Their online service is quite good. You get a response almost immediately. Complaints are dealt with great care, and promptly. I truly commend your online team.
Makro SA #OD435135104477325 [#1BA8U] I placed an order on the 6th Aug, on the 11 Aug my order was cancelled. I was not contacted by anyone to advise the reason and whether there are alternatives. I was informed that I will be reimbursed. Last week when I sent an email, a consultant contacted me and told me the finance team has a backlog. I was requested to send my ID copy and proof of banking details. So it's a mission for me to get my money for something which was out of stock. It's the 27 today, still not refunded
I love their fragrances, the service as well was exceptional and professional. They kept me informed from the time I ordered to the delivery.
3 weeks I took my car to change my front brake pads and rear at Best Drive Clearwater Mall branch. I was quoted reasonably, my car started make squeaking sounds, I made the man (Alex)who dealt with car aware aware however he did not respond. The break pads sound got worse I took the car to Tyre Mart, they picked up that Best Drive inserted the incorrect break pads hence the discs were making that sound. I took the car back, at first I was told I was supposed to have the discs skimmed, but initially I was told they're was no need by Alex. Thereafter the mechanic was blamed for not picking it up that the break pads were wrong. No apology was given till I asked that don't I deserve an apology for the inconvenience. A few days of driving the car after the pads were supposedly changed I'm still hearing that squeaky sound. On that day when I returned the car I was not the only client who brought their car back due to the wrong thing being done. Safety is everything, this branch showed me how little they value another life. I honestly wouldn't recommend them, our cars carry loved ones. Rather be safe. Everyone else was sympathetic except Alex.
They deducted my money, when I asked why they blamed the Bank. My advice would be rather pay cash don't use your account details. I'm not the only one this year happened to.
They are a scam. Bought hair for black Friday, they are ignoring my texts and calls. I hope there's a way to stop these scammers. Their WhatsApp number is 067 050 4879
