I visited Falco Milano at Menlyn on 27 March and had an amazing experience with Milan and Thabang, who went above and beyond to ensure I got my 2 pairs of prescription glasses same day. Their dedication and excellent service left a great impression. However, my recent visit was a letdown when I was told that the staff member who assisted me is no longer at the Menlyn branch. I was told I could find her at another branch, but I specifically wanted her and Thabang to handle my glasses. I'm left wondering what arrangements can be made to ensure I receive the same level of service from the staff I've grown to trust? I'm forced to take my money elsewhere since I can't get the service I desire. Until then, I'll wait for the answer before visiting the branch again.
