I reported that I am unable to log in my account and it looks like someone has changed my details. Yet their not helping me with anything it's not safe to use tinder as you're account can be compromised anytime and they do nothing to assist you as their customer
These site they made a withdrawal for me on Thursday, but till to date I haven't receive the money and their app is not working
Access sent me an email stating that they won't send me my card if I don't pay R69.00 after having a hustle with them with the account. Actually they're service is very poor and they don't respect customers. I'll pay the R69.00 upon my card arrival
I received a poor customer service from Access Bank from Paballo Mokue, from the 3rd November speaking with her about how I'm unable to use the app, she said she's assisting me to reconnect the app but she didn't even today, she calls me everyday with incomplete information inconveniencing me, everyday she say I'll call you when the technician is done but yet to date she hasn't assist me. Poor customer service at its best they only best with emails and smses but useless customer services
