DO NOT USE PERMATEX. Johan is a literal ***** as is his forman Michael. ****s and ****mers and *******. Johan ran away with my money - and I mean 100's of thousands of rands. I foolishly paid upfront for renovations and to fix my roof. Johan (the owner) and Michael left without putting in my sliding doors nor did they complete the installation of the fireplace. They seem super friendly and attentive at first. Dont be fooled. With regards to fixing the roof - the minute the rains came i realised that they did not fix the promised leaks or replace gutters. Not to mention that it hasnt been 6 months and the paint is peeling and the damp is coming showing. Johan (the owner) will ignore your calls, and messages be flatout rude and eventually block you.
