I have had years of back and forth in relation to a maintenance case that has gone back and forth. I have spend days on end on those wooden benches with very little assistance. Everything seems to be an issue, I have gone through a family court matter that was resolved in 17 Months. There is now a section 31 and a breach on a high court order that was granted on the 5 August 2023. I have sent emails, spoken to Mrs S Mazibuko the court manager, the senior prosecutor and I am the one who needs to call and email to follow up. All I want is an update as to what seems like a simple process. All I have now is that it is sitting with the Prosecutor and nothing else. I am struggling financially and the court system has been slow to prioritize this. We have a son together and maintenance is not a luxury it is the responsibility of both parents to provide. I work for a bank and if I get black listed I can no longer work here. Please can something be done about this so we can all move on.
SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE IS ALL THE BANK CAN SAY. I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO APPLY FOR ANY CREDIT, RENTAL AGREEMENTS DUE TO THIS. I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH BAD SERVICE FROM ANY COMPANY, NEVERMIND A BANK, THAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE PROFESSIONAL. There is no INDIVIDUAL you can talk to that is able to resolve this matter. A private banker was offered previously, now all you deal with is automations and being sent from one department to another. I have settled this account on the 5 June 2025 a payment was made. I settlement letter was sent to HP Ndlovu as well as a POP. This was never shared with FNB and later I was handed over from one law firm to another. The fact that more than one legal firm have contacted me is totally unacceptable. Please can this be updated and can they please amend my credit status. I am unable to apply for anything due to this. I have now had enough. You are happy to loan money and charge interest. HOWEVER The minute an account has been settled however, you departments are not capable of rectifying the credit status and closing off the account. This has had a massive impact on my credit status as a single mom who does not get maintenance.
