I had a breakdown, followed the procedure and took my car to a Mercedes-Benz dealership and after a week of run around, countless times of back and forth collecting all the required documents and information, after the assessors received a conclusive diagnostics about my car's issue, I then got told blatantly to move my car to a cheaper RMI workshop. MPD had the quote from Merc since day 1 and never said a word or complained about it, after providing every evidence required and proving the authenticity of my claim then MPD come to say rather get your part reconditioned at a cheaper RMI workshop. What kind of a **** is that. When you call for assistance, they will keep you on the phone for hours without any assistance or solution, it's always I'm talking to the "assessor" or "claims dpt" with no assistance. This is an embarrassment, shame and **** of a warranty insurance company, they must stipulate that they don't cater for certain cars or brands.
