I had a very unpleasant experience at the Point S Tyre & Service srore , better known as " Gelderbloms Bandediens " . Four passenger vehcle tyres were priced and ordered telephonically from mr. André Gelderblom on Monday 19 January 2026 . They did not have the quoted tyres in stock and I was told that it would arrive on Wednesday 21 January 2026 , and it did . The whole transaction went smooth up to that point . When I received the invoice , the qouted and agreed price was R400.00 higher . When I queried it with André Gelderblom , I was told that I am mistaken and he has the price written in his order book . I offered to return the tyres upon which he credited the overcharge . This morning when I paid the bill he was so rude , pretending that I dont exist . This treatment is a far cry from a company that I am dealing with since 1985 when this fellow was still a snotnose .
Very bad experience with them in a simple process of obtaining a remote spare key for my vehicle . It was paid for up front , they could not make the key and after eight months of promises and unansweered phonecalls I eventually asked Niël to just reimburse my allmost three grand . He agreed but to date I have received no money . After numerous calls to Sylvia (mother) , still nothing . Which way should I go ???
