This is an update to my previous review. I am writing a follow up because the company decided to dispute my review. Previous Review Quoted below. "I bought a second-hand phone on the 30th of September 2025, and today, it's the 12 November 2025. The phone doesn't want to turn on." A few days after writing the review. I received a call from SWOPP and I was told to come to their offices so that they can try to assist me. I said I would try to do so. Right now, I just received an email. Stating that the company has "disputed" my review as it might be based on inaccurate information. My review is a 100% accurate. I don't expect a refund as I saw the no refund policy before making the purchase. However, I would have appreciated a sincere apology and a promise to do better not a dispute. I simply purchased a product from you guys, it was your responsibility to ensure that it was truly worth reselling.
