On October 1st, I placed an order through PV Store’s online platform. I was surprised to receive a WhatsApp message on October 3rd instructing me to collect the order in person—despite living in another province and having submitted my delivery address during checkout (I even have a screenshot confirming this). When I raised this, I was told the website collects delivery details but only offers in-store pickup. I requested a refund and promptly sent my banking details. By October 30th, with no refund received, I followed up and was told someone would check and get back to me. No one did. On November 4th, I reached out again and was told that someone else was supposed to send the proof of payment. As of today, I have received neither the refund nor any confirmation. I do not recommend PV Store for online purchases. Whether the amount is large or small, customers deserve respect, transparency, and timely communication. I remained polite throughout, but the lack of accountability and follow-through was deeply disappointing.
