Disappointing Online Experience with PV Store
On October 1st, I placed an order through PV Store’s online platform. I was surprised to receive a WhatsApp message on October 3rd instructing me to collect the order in person—despite living in another province and having submitted my delivery address during checkout (I even have a screenshot confirming this). When I raised this, I was told the website collects delivery details but only offers in-store pickup. I requested a refund and promptly sent my banking details. By October 30th, with no refund received, I followed up and was told someone would check and get back to me. No one did. On November 4th, I reached out again and was told that someone else was supposed to send the proof of payment. As of today, I have received neither the refund nor any confirmation. I do not recommend PV Store for online purchases. Whether the amount is large or small, customers deserve respect, transparency, and timely communication. I remained polite throughout, but the lack of accountability and follow-through was deeply disappointing.

On Tuesday I ordered my Ipower inverter 24/1500 from PV Store online.After reading the bad reviews about this shop from unhappy customers,I thought I was ****med.The lady called Lyness if I'm not mistaken was very honest with me and told me they were out of stock here in Joburg so it had to be ordered from Capetown,so I made the deposit,it only took them 3 days to deliver my Epever Ipower 24/1500 PSW inverter,KEEP IT UP GUYS, Thanks Lyness,if I'm right 👍🏿

As a fairly new installer Milton was very helpful with guiding on quantity of materials to buy. Even before I collected I notified him via WhatsApp in the morning and my order was ready when I collected midday

It is impossible to get hold of someone who you can speak to. You must either send a WhatsApp or email. If you send a WhatsApp the message gets read but no one come back to you. All I am looking for is an instruction manual. Is that so hard to supply as there were none in the boxes.
