Pathetic Wedding Photographer

Mr Farooq and his associates were booked to cover my wedding held on the 28th of February 2015. I briefed him in several emails and in person as to the customs of a muslim wedding and impressed on him the importance of the nikaah cermony. He missed the nikaah and only arrived for the wedding portion. No table shots were taken of the guests attending the wedding. He promised delivery of media within a 2week period after the function. I only received raw media 4 months after the function. He has never edited the photos and video supplied and the quality was pathetic. He has also subsequently never delivered a photobook or youtube clips as promised. Highly disappointed and he has never responded to any calls or emails from me.
