I was with tech5 for 4 years and have had endless problems with my internet always off and on sometimes it would work great most of the time they are offline, I decided to terminate with them and move over to mweb , tech5 all of a sudden says I need to give them 1 months notice and refuses to let go off my line to mweb they are hodling onto it i run an IT company from home and have not had wifi since they holding the line to give it over to mweb ridiculous service contact them on a daily bases support says its out of their hands its with accounts , accounts say its not an issue on their side its up ane down vey poor service
I have contacted Mweb on Monday 10/11/2025 and was informed that I could cancel with my current isp and move over to them and this will take a them after informing vumatel which they was going to do , to get the line moved over to them, is gone 4 days i am without WiFi i run an IT company from home and require internet urgently to run my business. I checked with Mweb daily on the progress very pathetic response time and answers. I get told today 13/11/2025 that they have to wait for my current isp to hand over the line to them and they are not sure the time frame on that i will just have to wait for feedback , imagine I am Losing out business due to their incompetence and they don't want to help me in anyway
