Based on the glowing reviews and the promises on their website, I expected a smooth and fast transaction. They claim payouts are processed within 1–3 business days, yet I was told I’d only receive my funds the following Wednesday — a full week later. This delay started on a Wednesday, so it’s not just a few days late, it’s double the promised timeframe. When I asked for clarity, I was told it’s because of Black Friday. But I’m also a paying customer — why should I be penalized for their promotions? It feels like some customers are prioritized while others are left waiting, and that’s simply not fair. The worst part is that I urgently needed the funds to cover medical expenses for my 5-year-old son, who is suffering from an immune disorder. This delay has caused unnecessary stress during an already difficult time. I expected better. I trusted this company based on their reputation, but my experience has been frustrating and disheartening. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve how they treat all customers — especially those in urgent need.
