DONT TRUST SOMETHING THATS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE
Terrible business, phone was approved by Samsung for no damages to the frame/hinge of phone, yet these guys say there’s an issue, was told on website id get 5.7k for good(which is what they rated the device), yet they offered under 4.5k), now I have to spend R250 to get the device back to me

Deeply Disappointed – Unacceptable Delay and Poor Communication
Based on the glowing reviews and the promises on their website, I expected a smooth and fast transaction. They claim payouts are processed within 1–3 business days, yet I was told I’d only receive my funds the following Wednesday — a full week later. This delay started on a Wednesday, so it’s not just a few days late, it’s double the promised timeframe. When I asked for clarity, I was told it’s because of Black Friday. But I’m also a paying customer — why should I be penalized for their promotions? It feels like some customers are prioritized while others are left waiting, and that’s simply not fair. The worst part is that I urgently needed the funds to cover medical expenses for my 5-year-old son, who is suffering from an immune disorder. This delay has caused unnecessary stress during an already difficult time. I expected better. I trusted this company based on their reputation, but my experience has been frustrating and disheartening. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve how they treat all customers — especially those in urgent need.

A safe and fast way to sell your galaxy!
I have never expected this deal to happen so swiftly. I submitted the application at 8:30 on Thursday and an hour later the courier guy was in front of my door to pick up the phone. By Wednesday the money was in my account. Fantastic Service and I will certainly recommend them!

I was sceptical at first the service was brilliant. The price offered was good, phone collected on time. Immediately I was informed they had it and the evaluation was completed and the money was paid quicker than I expected. I will definitely be selling future phones to this business

The company Sellyourgalaxy is absolute ****. On their website they ask you to provide details of your device. They only have 3 grading options to select from Good, Mint or Sealed. Once you enter the details of your device you are given an estimate price. Which according to their website is their guaranteed price. The device is then collected by a courier company. Once it reaches Sellyourgalaxy that’s when the problem starts. They change the price of the offer to a lower amount based on ridiculous assessments. It is clearly a strategy to get you to submit your device then try to con you into accepting a lower price because your device is now already with them. Please avoid this company at all costs. Unless you want to be conned into selling your device for a cheaper price.

DEPENDABLE AND PROMPT SERVICE
I was first dubious about this because it's hard to believe anyone these days. However, after getting a quote online, having my phone picked up the next day, having it assessed the following day, and having the payment made to my account by the afternoon, I can now confirm that they are legitimate.
