I was sceptical at first the service was brilliant. The price offered was good, phone collected on time. Immediately I was informed they had it and the evaluation was completed and the money was paid quicker than I expected. I will definitely be selling future phones to this business
Paid the account in full and was disconnected 2 days later and I will not pay reconnection fee as it was not my fault. Telkom is consistently taking extra monies on the debit order and I have been to the Clearwater shop every month to be reconnected and try to sort the problem. Staff in the store have been very good but cannot resolve it from their side.The only communication that I have received from Telkom ON THE CORRECT CONTACT NUMBER was some idiot from their accounts that admitted that he did not have the account available when phoning me to resolve the problem!<br> I will not pay any extra amounts and expect some compensation for the extra amount being taken each month, the two hours a month I spend in the Telkom store and for not have connection for at least 1 week each month until I go to the store.<br> This service has now been off for 2 weeks.
