I was first dubious about this because it's hard to believe anyone these days. However, after getting a quote online, having my phone picked up the next day, having it assessed the following day, and having the payment made to my account by the afternoon, I can now confirm that they are legitimate. I appreciate Jarred's efforts to keep in touch with me during the process.
I bought at Typo online on the 5th of November, I received my stock but the cup was broken, and no fragile sticker on the package, everything was R209.99, I logged a return to return everything because it was simply poor service from their side, no communication was maintained in connection with the return, I had to follow up all the time. Finally, a payment was made a month later 08/12/2021 but for the amount of R79.99 and not the total amount. I would suggest all future purchases through them should be in store and not online. Unless you don’t mind broken stock or short payments.
