I lost my Job a few months ago and was forced to go under debt review. I did my homework thoroughly and decided to go with Afriskuld(FinFix) Everything started out great with friendly service and super feedback. After the first month things went downhill and that word is an understatement. They informed me that I can go and close my old bank accounts as soon as my new one is active. They sent me a document that I can show the bank so that they can close the accounts. This couldn't happen as Nedbank stated it's not possible for me to close the accounts, FinFix needs to contact Nedbank's debt review department. I communicated this through to FinFix Numerous times with calls, emails and whatsapps. They never got back to me, and when they do they say that they will follow up on the issue and give me feedback. Well 4 months later and still no feedback with my accounts - R22 000 in arrears, on bank account I don't use anymore. I keep sending whatsapps to my so called Portfolio manager and they keep ignoring me. Things got so bad that I requested to move to a different debt advisor. FinFix took literal weeks and never sent the new debt advisors my form 17.7(cant remember the exact form for a transfer) FinFix then called me and a big Manager spoke to me and promised the world if I stay with them and not transfer she will assign a new portfolio manager to me that will always answer me and always assist when I have questions etc. It went well the first week and thereafter it went back to square 1. There is simply no effort from their side. I have asked numerous times after this for a call back as I am really stressed about the arrears on my accounts. No payment has been made on my car yet. I can see this because I see it on my banking app and it shows - R22700. I made 2 payments of R15300 to FinFix and nothing has been paid after the Manager told me they are going to start paying my accounts with the next payment. That never happened. No communication, no seriousness and absolutely no Customer service. I'm so disappointed that I made the mistake of using their services. This is my life they are playing with and there's no care in the world from their side. All I'm asking is feedback and customer service OH! And also them following up on their promises after I decided to stay and use their services instead of transferring. It's sad that I had to come here and leave a bad review in the hopes of someone calling me and answering my questions. I never do this kind of things but I really can't with this people anymore. To anyone wanting to use their services I appeal to you: DON'T
