Very disappointing service from the Game Online team. I purchased a Hisense 65inch Smart TV in Jan and in November it stopped working suddenly. I contacted the Game Online customer service for assistance and was told to contact Hisense. I had to contact Hisense on my own which was a nightmare and Finally 3 weeks later I now received a credit note from Hisense to replace the TV. I have been trying to contact Game online to arrange for a courier to pick up the old tv and to honour the credit note and replace me with a new tv. It’s been over 1 week and Game is still trying to arrange the courier to collect the old tv. I highly doubt it takes over 1 week to get a courier company to do a pick up. Firstly Game left me to sort this entire issue on my own with Hisense and when I finally resolved it and got a credit note, Then Game is dragging their feet to collect the old tv and replace me with a new TV. I called the online customer care several times and requested for someone to call me and I am still awaiting their call. Every time you call , a new agent answers who doesn’t know what’s going on. Highly disappointing service from Game. This issue could have been easily resolved
I purchased a new 65inch TV in January and in November the tv suddenly stopped working. You don’t expect a brand new tv to give up after only 10 months. I have tried contacting the Hisense Customer service as the TV is still under warranty. It’s been over 3 weeks now and no technician has come to assess my TV and Hisense keeps cancelling the appointments. This is unacceptable service from Hisense and if their products are defective. They should honour their warranty policies and arrange for a technician to come assess the tv or a courier to pick it up and take it to their repair centre. Instead the prolong the process and make it frustrating.
The company Sellyourgalaxy is absolute ****. On their website they ask you to provide details of your device. They only have 3 grading options to select from Good, Mint or Sealed. Once you enter the details of your device you are given an estimate price. Which according to their website is their guaranteed price. The device is then collected by a courier company. Once it reaches Sellyourgalaxy that’s when the problem starts. They change the price of the offer to a lower amount based on ridiculous assessments. It is clearly a strategy to get you to submit your device then try to con you into accepting a lower price because your device is now already with them. Please avoid this company at all costs. Unless you want to be conned into selling your device for a cheaper price.
